PLASTISAPIENS: DIVE INTO A ONE-OF-A-KIND SENSORY EXPERIENCE ALL SUMMER IN BELOEIL!

HUBBLO is proud to announce the presentation of Plastisapiens in Beloeil, an immersive virtual reality experience created by the National Film Board of Canada (NFB), in collaboration with Dpt. and Lalibela Productions.

Offered free of charge at the Beloeil Tourist Pavilion (20, rue Saint-Jean-Baptiste) until September 1, 2025, this unique artwork invites audiences into a sci-fi-inspired world where humans evolve into hybrid beings—part organic, part plastic.

Blending virtual reality, visual arts, technology, and poetry, Plastisapiens delivers a rich multisensory experience that sparks reflection on human transformation, our relationship with the environment, and the presence of plastic in our lives. The 15-minute immersion is open to participants aged 13 and up, during the following hours:

Hubblo warmly thanks the City of Beloeil for hosting the work, and the Ministry of Culture and Communications for its valuable support.
