To mark the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s iconic album, Hubblo and the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT) present the immersive audiovisual experience The Dark Side of the Moon in the Satosphere dome. Pink Floyd enthusiastically embraced the idea of a show that juxtaposes the album’s musical score with striking images of space. Each song is accompanied by a visual dimension, sometimes futuristic and forward-looking, sometimes a nod to Pink Floyd’s retro visual iconography. The entire album has been remastered in surround sound, and rediscovering it with this sound quality in a surround-sound environment such as the dome is an experience in itself.

Aubrey Powell is an art director and co-founder of the renowned design studio Hipgnosis, famous for creating some of rock music’s most iconic album covers. He played a key role in designing the legendary cover of Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon, symbolized by a prism dispersing light into a colorful spectrum. In 2023, Powell also contributed to an immersive film projected in 360° domes, celebrating the 50th anniversary of this iconic album and offering a unique visual and sound experience to fans worldwide.
